Together, we head out into nature and consciously connect with the elements of the Ausseerland region. Through simple shamanic rituals, mindfulness exercises and meditation, we create space for inner peace, renewed strength and a deeper connection with nature. During a short walk, we'll gather natural materials which we'll then arrange into an expressive mandala. Nature mandalas can help bring inner questions, problems or hidden feelings into conscious awareness. No prior experience is required.
