Healing Meditation with Reconnective Healing - with Birgit Bossert

A lovely group walk to a place of power in nature, where a guided meditation - either lying down or sitting - is offered to help you find your centre and leave stress behind. During periods of conscious stillness, participants - who make themselves comfortable on mats - receive Reconnective Healing, a holistic energetic healing method developed by Dr Eric Pearl. During the Vitality Days in Ausseerland, this sets individual healing impulses in motion and activates the body's self-healing powers, often resulting in immediate positive changes to both body and mind. To round off the session, there will be a chance for everyone to share their experiences, should they wish to do so.
